On a wintry Friday 12th December, the children were oblivious to the cold outside as they waited excitedly to see once again representatives of the victorious Robert Emmett GAC team which won the recent Ulster Football Championship.
We were honoured especially to greet Patsy Bradley and Ronan Bradley, both past pupils of the school. All the lads took time to answer the range of intriguing questions from the pupils young and old.
When asked by someone who was the toughest team they had faced, a child quickly retorted SWATRAGH to the amusement of everyone in the hall.
