Literacy - we looked at the pumpkins and discussed their appearance. We used lots of vocabulary to describe what we could see.
Numeracy- we felt the weight of the pumpkins. We discussed their weight and ordered them in their sizes from smallest to largest. We counted the pumpkins and talked about more than and less than.
Science- we made yummy pumpkin soup.
Art - Still Life drawing. We carefully observed and sketched our pumpkins. We used the art elements- line, shape, tone and texture to add detail and colour to our art.
